so it is snowing... quite a lovely little surprise really.  now much (any) is accumulating on the ground (yet), but from my window on the 16th floor i can see a little blanket on the downtown austin rooftops.  i have opened the blinds to enjoy the sight, though it is letting the chill in and i have now put my scarf on indoors.  what tiny baby snowflakes.  everything is bigger in texas, my ass.  our snow is pretty liteweight, though i suppose we love it for what it is.  shit i have to close the blinds now, a pretty strong chill is seeping in to the office that my gay harry potter scarf isn't gonna be able to block out for long.  fuck, i have to work.

oh wait, i don't think it is snowing anymore.
