so: i have quite recently done some significant damage to my computer that will take an as-yet-undetermined amount of time and money to repair.  so: there can be no possible podcasts until... who knows?  this lastest computer fiasco is irritating on several levels and has left a bitter taste in my mouth.  i'm not really superstitous, but maybe this is a sign to let sleeping dogs lie
